SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Many of the Texas Rotary eXperts products are manufactured upon order, so please allow up to two weeks for shipping.  Generally, products are mailed Priority Express through United States Postal Service, which takes 2-3 days depending on destination, however, not guaranteed.  Some parts are made to order, and could take up to two weeks to receive parts and make them.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of our products that are manufactured by T-ReX.

GROUP BUYS

Due to the process of group buys it may take up to 45 days to get all the products out.  The parts are ordered after the group buy closes.  Group buy products are shipped out in order of purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, any product that is not a T-ReX manufactured part will require a 30% restocking fee as per our supplier and will not be considered if damaged or previously installed.  Please contact us for refund information.

 

WARRANTY

Please contact us and we will strive to solve all problems that may arise with products that T-ReX offers.

Tracking is provided via PayPal.com.  You can find it by logging in and going to the original transaction for the order that was created.
